A small concept for that redo I wanted to do
So this is really lazy but with my power being out for a bit I knew I had to post SOMETHING. Lengthy explanation ahead
so this is based on a hc I have that each year, the Bad Sanses writes everyone in the group a letter in case they pass away. In all of Killer's letters, he always wrote that he would likely die protecting Nightmare, his boss, and that Dust needed to be the strong one when he eventually goes. He knows that they are very similar, and when he passes, Dust needs to be the one to shield the boss from danger, as well as Horror and Cross However, when Killer does die, he dies protecting DUST. So Dust gets his letters that Killer wrote him and has to read through Killer talking about how he'll die protecting his closest friend, Nightmare. This gives Dust major guilt- b/c he realizes he took away Killer's honorable death. Though, of course, he doesn't realize that Killer still would find that death honorable, because he still protected his brother.
